We are accomplished at meeting the needs of our clients, no matter the setting or circumstance.
As consultants, our duty is to make the client as independent as possible – as quickly possible. Some of our clients need periodic access to us on an ongoing basis. Some clients need short-term help on specific projects. Quite honestly, some of our clients need help all the time. The art of what we do is the ability to honestly assess our client’s needs and provide it. Much like a physician who discharges a patient, we take great pride in telling our clients, “you’re going to be fine now.” Our services can be engaged on a global, monthly or hourly fee schedule, depending on the client’s needs and the time required.
